Flowers:
Open clusters atop slender, much-branched stems. Flowerheads, up to 15 mm in diameter, contain between eight and 15 ray-like florets, toothed at the tip, above a narrow, cylindrical involucre lined by green, linear, hairless bracts. Below are a few much shorter, triangular bracts, non-spreading
Leaves:
Basal leaves have a large ovate terminal lobe and a few pairs of smaller side lobes, while stem leaves are ovate to broadly lanceolate, lined by a few large teeth. All have ciliate margins
