Lentibulariaceae

The lentibulariaceae (bladderwort) family are carnivorous plants inhabiting aquatic or boggy places, with UK representatives of two of the three genera: pinguicula (butterworts, three species) and utricularia (bladderworts, four species). None are particularly common. Flowers have a five-lobed calyx, a spurred, two-lipped corolla, two carpels and two stamens.
